  • 500 gr  RED VELVET mix
  • 175 gr  Fresh eggs
  • 150 gr  Seed Oil
  • 125 gr  Water
  •   50 gr  Pastry flour
  •   25 gr  Sugar


Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl for 5 minutes at a low speed. 
Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

Use a 3cm-diameter ice-cream scoop to place rounds of the mixture onto prepared trays, leaving 5cm for spreading. Use your finger to smooth mixture around the edges.
Bake at  160 ° for 10-13 min. approx (depending on the size of the product and tha make of the oven).
Pipe a dollop over a whoopie base. Pipe half the whoopies with cream cheese frosting, chocolate praline, ganache, whipped cream. Top with remaining whoopies and press lightly to sandwich together.
