RED VELVET NEW YEAR'S CAKE

INGREDIENTS: 

• 500  gr  Red Velvet Mix
• 175  gr  Fresh eggs 
• 75  gr   SunOil 
• 75 gr    Butter   82%  
• 125 gr  Water
•  Cranberries 

DIRECTIONS:

Add all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with the K beater at a low speed for 5 minutes. 

Bake at   150 - 160 ° approx for 40 - 50 minutes,  depending on the weight of the preparation and the make of the oven.
