RED VELVET

INGREDIENTS:  

  • 500 gr   RED VELVET CAKE mix
  • 175 gr  Fresh eggs
  • 150 gr  Seed Oil
  • 125 gr  Water 

EXECUTION:

Whisk all of the ingredients using the K Beater at a low speed for 5 minutes.
Bake at a cake pan for aprox 50 minutes at   160-170c .
For muffins/cupcakes bake approx  35 minutes.
