INGREDIENTS:

* 500 gr CHOCCO MOUSE
* 300 gr Melted white chocolate
* 300 gr Melted White chocolate
* 250 gr whipping cream
EXECUTION:
Add all the ingredients except from the chocolate in a mixing bowl and whisk using a wire ballon at a high speed untill you have a fluffy and firm cream
At the end add the chocolate and whisk at a slow speed to incorporate thoroughly
