INGREDIENTS:

       FOR SERVING IN A BOWL     

1st method      

* 500 gr CHOCCO MOUSE 

* 1 kg Cold Water (3-5 c)   

2nd method

* 500 gr CHOCCO MOUSE  

* 1 kg Milk 

* 300 gr Melted chocolate 

     

FOR CAKE FILLINGS  

* 500 gr CHOCCO MOUSE  

* 750 gr cold Milk (3-5c)

* 300 gr Melted  chocolate 

* 250 gr whipping cream 

         

    EXECUTION:

Add all the ingredients except from the chocolate in a mixing bowl and whisk using a wire ballon at a high speed untill you have a fluffy and firm cream

At the end add the chocolate and whisk at a slow speed to incorporate thoroughly
