  • 500 gr Creme caramel
  • 5000 gr Fresh milk 



Boil the milk, when it gets lukewarm add the Creme Caramel mix slowly, a little bit each time by stirring it all the time while it heats. When the mix is a smooth cream leave it to get just a boil.
When it gets cooler you serve it in small bowls and you place them in the fridge for 5 hours at least.
