QUEEN CAKE NEW YEARS CAKE (α)

INGREDIENTS: 

• 500  gr  Queen Cake Mix
• 175  gr  Fresh eggs 
• 150gr    Butter   82%  
•   75  gr  Water
• 100  gr  Orange Juice
•  Orange Zest 
•   5  gr  Mahlepi
• 1.5 gr  Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

Add all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with the K beater at a low speed for 5 minutes. 

Bake at   150 - 160 ° for approx 40 - 50 minutes  depending on the weight of the preparation and the make of the oven.
