INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 gr  PANCAKE mix  

  • 400 - 425 gr  Water 


EXECUTION:

In a mixing bowl homogenize water and  PANCAKE mix .  Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using apporx 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot
