Gingerbread Biscuit

500gr Gingrbread biscuits mix
50gr eggs
175gr butter 82% fats or margarine
2 gr ginger

0.5 gr carnation

1 gr cinnamon

**add 0.5 nutmeg and orange for more flavour

Recipe: Knead all ingredients together in a mixer bucket and mix with the beater until you have a homogeneous dought. Rest and cut with a cutter in the desire shape.

Bake biscuits at 170 °C in an air over for 15 minutes
