GOURMET NEW YEAR'S CAKE (a)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 gr  GOURMET 
  • 200 gr Sunflower Oil
  • 200 gr Water
  • Orange  Ζest
  • Optionally Add : Walnut or Hazel or Almond


EXECUTION :

 

Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix at  a first speed 1 minutes and a second speed 4 minutes. 
 
The dough at the end of mixing will be fluid, without swelling.
Add the walnuts at the end of mixing and ensure that you put them all over in the dough.
 
Put the dough in a pan of your choice, filling it to 3/4 of its height.
 
Bake at 160 -170 °C approx. for 40-45  minutes   depending on the weight of the mix and the make of the oven .
