MATERIALS:
500 gr COOKIES SOFT RED VELVET MIX
50 gr Water
150 gr Pastry Butter or Margarine Soft
50 gr Pastry Flour (OPTIONS)
200 gr Chocolate drops or pieces or nuts or dried fruit
EXECUTE:
Whisk the margarine or butter in the blender with the pallet attachment,
until it becomes fluffy and then add the rest of the ingredients except the nuts or chocolate at medium speed until homogenized
. Add walnuts or chocolate until combined at low speed.
Cut into chunks of skillet of the desired size. You can freeze in a stick and bake whenever you want.
Bake in preheated oven at a temperature of 180 0 approx. 10 minutes
