RED VELVET COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 gr  RED VELVET mix
  • 250 gr Butter 82%
  • 250 gr Pastry flour
  •  50 gr Brown sugar
  • 100 gr Eggs
  •  50 gr Seed oil
  • 2,5 gr Baking Powder
  • 150 gr Chocolate chips or nuts or dried fruits   

 

EXECUTION:

Add all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl - except from the nuts or chocolate - and mix using the K Beater for 5 minutes at a medium speed.

Add the nuts /chocolate chips and mix them at a low speed.

Using a pastry bag or your hands you shape your dough. At this point you can freeze the mix and bake whenever you desire.  
Bake at preheated oven at  180 ° for 8-10 minutes, depending on the size of the preparation and the make of the oven.
