  •   500 gr FIT PIG CAKE mix

  •   250 gr Margarine soft or butter 82% softened, not melted

  •   250 gr Flour for pastry

  •   100 gr Fresh eggs

  •     50 gr Honey (optional)

  •     75 gr seed oil

  •    1.5 gr baking powder

  • 125 - 200 gr  walnuts or chocolate chips (with maltitol) or dried fruit.


       Mix all ingredients - except walnuts or chocolate or dried fruits - together, at moderate speed for 5 minutes with the k beater. Add walnuts or chocolate to the dried fruits until they are mixed at low speed. Cut the pieces of the desired size into the baking tray. You can freeze on a stick and bake whenever you want.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 8-10 minutes depending on the size of the product and the type of the oven.
