Add all the ingredients except from the nuts in the mixing bowl and mix them at a slow spead, using the K Beater ,for 5 minutes and at the end add the nuts and mix again.
Put it in the oven at 150-160° depending on the stove and bake for approx, 30-40 λεπτά depending on the pan. Let it cool and pour on top hot syrup
MAKING THE SYRUP
A VERSION
750 gr SUGAR - 450 gr WATER - 150 gr GLYCOSE - SOUR POWDER
B VERSION
790 gr SUGAR - 500 gr WATER - JUICE OF 1/2 A LEMON
AFTER THE BOILING STARTS, ALLOW FOR 3 -4 MINUTES AND THEN REMOVE FROM FIRE
