HAPPY CHOCO CAKE NEW YEAR'S CAKE (A)

INGREDIENTS:

• 500 gr  HAPPY CHOCO CAKE
•  75 gr  Oil
•  75 gr  Butter 82% softned
• 150 gr Water
•  75 gr  Orange juice
• 2.5 gr  Mahlep
• 1.5 gr  Cinnamon
•  75 gr  Nuts or almonds

EXECUTION :

Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except from nuts, and mix at  a low speed using the K Beater for 5 minutes. At the end add the nuts and mix again. 

Bake at 150-160 ° approx 40 - 50 minutes,  depending on the weight of the preparation and the make of the oven .
